Rhea Dabholkar

Rhea Dabholkar Resume

Rhea Dabholkar is an experienced Production Coordinator with over four years of work experience in the US, UK and India. Staffed on numerous  online media, editorial productions, television commercials and factual documentary television shows such as One Born Every Minute and 24 hours in A&E for Channel 4 UK, and others for Animal Planet, BBC and Sky Living. Duties and responsibilities include serving as the main point of contact for a production, managing logistics, transport and accommodation for the crew, hiring equipment, overlooking budget and petty cash, clearing permission for copyrights and locations, preparing callsheets, and risk assessment.

Russell Swanson

Over the years, award winning Director of Photography Russell Swanson has amassed hundreds of commercial and music video credits for national advertisers. Now Russell works in the world of narrative television. He recently completed lensing season 1 of The lliza Schlesinger Sketch Show for Netflix and has entered his 7th season shooting field production for HBO’s Emmy winning Last Week Tonight with John Oliver. His previous episodic work includes seasons 1 &2 of Wyatt Cenac’s Problem Areas for HBO and the Emmy winning Netflix children’s series The Who Was Show.

Russell has had a consistent love of photography that began in 7th grade, when he learned to develop black and white film in the middle school darkroom. Since then, he is rarely seen without a camera in his hand. He went on to earn a BFA in Theatre Arts and Photography which inspired him to start working as a camera assistant in New York and LA. Russell continued to hone his skills, working with top cinematographers and Directors/Cameramen before becoming a Director of Photography.

Currently based in New York, he continues to work bi-coastally and has shot on six continents.

Mary Ann Dezulskis Resume

Mary Ann Dezulskis is a producer of Commercials, New Media and Corporate Film. She lives in Chicago and was raised in the DePaul neighborhood of Chicago. She is a graduate of Roosevelt University where she majored in art and also majored in Film Studies at Columbia College/Chicago. She worked her way up the ranks from production assistant to producer and understands all aspects of the industry.

She produces for directors, production companies and advertising agencies from around the world. She loves the challenges that every production presents to her. “Every project is unique and has it’s own set of creative solutions. It’s my job to support my director’s creative vision and make that vision a reality.” She has produced extensively across the United States and has a network of great production crews from coast to coast.  Her expertise lies in bidding, budget management and maintaining great director and client relationships.

She has the distinction of having produced three Super Bowl commercials. This year she produced McDonald’s “Good Morning” for director Blair Hayes of Story for Leo Burnett.

Sarah Barker

Sarah Barker is a television producer and director living in Brooklyn. With a specialism in factual programming, Sarah has field-produced, story-produced, written, and directed award-winning television for National Geographic, Discovery, BBC, and Channel 4 (UK).

Her most recent credits include producing “Live from Space” on National Geographic and Channel 4, producing and directing “When Sharks Attack” on National Geographic Wild, and field-producing “Mysteries at the Museum” for Travel Channel.

Originally from the UK, Sarah studied Astronomy and Astrophysics at The University of Sheffield. She then spent a year in La Palma, Spain, working as a support astronomer for a world-class observatory and gaining a Masters degree in astrophysics, before turning her attention to television.

Her passion for science and learning persists, and Sarah is happiest when producing and directing programming with factual content at its core. She is, simultaneously, fascinated by human stories, and delights in interviewing people with thought-provoking experiences to share.

Sarah relishes in crafting engaging stories and bringing them to life on television; a natural problem-solver with a relentless desire for adventure, Sarah is in her element on shoot and has filmed everywhere from NASA’s mission control in Houston, Texas, to a small boat surrounded by sharks in the Bahamas.

She is looking to continue making exciting and engaging television, and would equally love to work in documentaries and narrative film.

Ian Woolston-Smith

Ian Woolston-Smith has years of Steadicam operating experience working on features, television, national commercials, music videos, and documentaries.  Ian pursued his early interest in cinematography with a Bachelor Of Fine Arts Degree in cinema, as well as studying at the Maine Film And Television Workshops with Academy Award winning cinematographers like Walter Lassally, BSC.  Lassally’s weeks spent teaching operating, and lighting, was a 12 hour a day crash course introduction to what the future could be.  Ian’s many experiences led him to study Steadicam operating with the renowned inventor, Garrett Brown, and master Steadicam operator, Larry McConkey.

Ian’s Steadicam work gives him the opportunity to operate for talented award winning cinematographers like Dean Cundey ASC, Buddy Squires ASC, Lisa Rinsler, Ben Kutchins, and directors like Ric Burns and David LaChapelle. Ian worked the rise of music video shooting in collaboration with many loyal directors like Brett Ratner, Joseph Kahn, Roman Coppola, and Nigel Dick.  Ian’s wealth of musical experience is handy when working on music video parodies for Saturday Night Live, and other SNL projects, with directors like Akiva Schaffer, and Seth Meyers,

Projects with lots of moving camera can involve operating A or B camera as well. Ian has worked well with actor/directors, who are in front of the camera while directing, like Matthew Broderick, Mario Van Peebles, and David Arquette.  Ian also operated Dave Chappell’s Emmy nominated skit, “Charlie Murphies True Hollywood Stories: Rick James”. Recently for SNL, “Mother Lovers” sequel to the Emmy winning short “Dick in a Box”, and “I Just Had Sex”, shot by Martin Ahlgren

Michael Barrett is a Director of Photography who has shot many films, including the Oscar nominated Ted, A Million Ways To Die In The West, Zookeeper, Everything Must Go, Bedtime Stories, Bobby, and You Don’t Mess With The Zohan. His television credits include CSI and Supergirl. Michael has won the Outstanding Cinematography ASC Award for CSI: Miami, and was nominated for the Outstanding Achievement in Cinematography for two episodes of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. He was also nominated for an award for Bobby (which was nominated for two Golden Globes).
